Pregnancy is a transformative time in a woman's life; it's a time of growth and transition. Learn how the ancient holistic practice of Ayurveda honors this process by nurturing maternal and infant development.

Mary will discuss the different ways she integrates Ayurveda into her practice as a doula. She will also talk about the importance of easing the mother's load by reducing internal and external stresses so that she and her developing baby can experience more harmonious cyclical changes and also have a gentler recovery and healing time postpartum.
